  1. Notification within seconds

The right people hear straight away, by siren, lights, push, SMS or a call, however your site works.

Ranked by risk, it's in the supervisor's few minutes that day.

  3. The team talks it through

At the toolbox talk, the blurred clip starts a conversation about the dock, not the person. The team agrees one change.

  5. The whole organisation sees the real risk

Turn 100,000s of hours of footage into a three-minute read: weekly for each site, monthly for each region, quarterly for the whole company. For operations teams, leaders, the exec and the board.

Frequently asked questions

How does a forklift pedestrian detection system work?

It spots people near moving forklifts and warns them. Some systems use tags, radar or cameras on each truck. inviol runs AI on your fixed CCTV, so it sees every forklift and person in view and sounds a siren within seconds.

Do regulators require a forklift proximity sensor or pedestrian detection system?

No regulator names a technology. Regulators expect you to keep people and forklifts apart, and to warn of danger where they still mix. Detection on your CCTV adds that warning and records near misses for your traffic management plan.

How far should people stay from a forklift?

Your risk assessment sets it, and it often changes by area: wider at docks and crossings, closer in narrow aisles. inviol lets you set the distance for each area, in metres or feet, and your customer success person tunes it over time.

Do people need to wear tags?

No. inviol detects people from video, so visitors, contractors and temps are covered in camera view with no badges or batteries. If you already use tags, keep them: inviol works alongside them.

Does it work with our existing CCTV cameras?

Yes. Any camera at 720p or better works, as long as people aren't too small in frame. If you can see it, inviol can see it. We check your camera views with you before you start.

How fast are alerts, and what can they trigger?

When inviol detects a breach, it sounds a siren and sends alerts within seconds, and runs this way at sites today. Any event inviol detects can trigger anything that works with a relay: sirens, warning lights, gates, PLCs and other site systems. You choose the events and the area, from one spot on a camera to several cameras.

Won’t it alert all day?

We built inviol to manage volume. Events are ranked by risk, zones and distances are set up for your site, and your customer success person tunes them over time, so supervisors spend a few minutes a day on what matters.

Cameras, proximity sensors or tags: which is better for forklift collision avoidance?

Use layers. Tags and on-truck sensors warn the driver of one truck. inviol covers every person and machine on camera, sounds the alarm where the risk is, and records each near miss for coaching.

Which machines does inviol detect?

Forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks (EPJ and MPJ), reach stackers, straddle carriers, ride-ons, cleaning machines, and trucks and cars on site. Distances are set in metres or feet.

Can it enforce forklift exclusion zones and speed limits?

Yes. Draw a zone or set a speed limit on a camera view. inviol detects people or machines breaking it and can sound a siren or flash a light in that area.

Does it reduce accidents?

Yes, when alerts lead to coaching. Woolworths saw 41% less harm over three years. Americold cut risk by 67%, which meant 27% less harm to people in its first six months.

Is it private?

People are blurred by default, there is no facial recognition, and 99% of footage stays on site. The short clips that do leave are encrypted when sent and stored. Clips show what happened, not who, so they support coaching conversations. Whether managers can see unblurred footage is your site's policy decision.

Is inviol secure?

inviol is SOC 2 Type II certified, ISO 27001 compliant and GDPR compliant. Footage is processed on site and 99% never leaves your premises. Certificates and policies are in our trust center

Is it watching everyone all the time?

It looks only for the risks your team sets up, such as a person too close to a moving forklift. Nobody reviews footage unless someone is at risk, and everything else is deleted after processing.

Will people get in trouble for what it sees?

inviol is built for coaching, not discipline. Clips go to toolbox talks and training, so the whole team learns from the near miss and everyone gets home safe.

Does it track individual performance?

No. inviol collects no performance metrics and does not identify people. It keeps only short clips around risky moments.

Who uses inviol on site?

Usually two or three coaches, such as supervisors or safety leads. They review events daily or weekly and bring the clips to toolbox talks and training.
