Why choose inviol

Privacy blurring helps protect identities while keeping events usable for coaching.

Where repeated strains add up

Almost every shift in a warehouse, cold store or factory involves manual handling. Hazardous manual tasks, like the lifts, reaches and twists repeated hundreds of times a day, are easy to miss on a safety walk because they look like normal work. We use computer vision AI on your existing cameras to find those movements, show where they cluster and give your supervisors real footage to coach from.

How manual handling detection works

How manual handling detection works

Our on-site device looks at footage from the cameras you already have and picks up bending, overreaching, twisting, overhead work and one-arm loads. You pick the area or type of movement you want to work on and we show a small sample of clips to use in a coaching conversation or toolbox talk - along with ergonomic coaching tips specific to this type of movement. Heatmaps show where the same movements keep happening acorss your site. This allows you to redesign the task or the layout to prevent further ergonomic risk.

Frequently asked questions

How do I choose the best safety software for my business?

Start with what you need most: reducing risk on the ground, meeting compliance requirements, or both.

Most businesses choose between:

  • Traditional EHS software: great for incidents, audits, actions, and training records.
  • AI safety systems: great for spotting risk in real time (behaviours, near-misses, high-risk zones) and making coaching easier.

They can work together too. With an integration (e.g., EcoPortal), AI events and evidence can flow into your existing EHS workflows, so you get better investigations and clearer reporting without extra admin.

Quick checklist when comparing options:

  • Easy to use (your team will actually use it)
  • Fits your risks/industry (the detectors you need)
  • Integrates with your tools (so you don’t duplicate work)
  • Clear reporting (what’s improving and where to focus)
  • Secure and scalable (multi-site/fleet ready)
What are the benefits of using computer vision AI H&S software?

Computer vision AI Health & Safety software gives you a practical way to spot risk as it happens, and see complacency creeping in early (Lead indicator) not after an incident report is written. Key benefits include:

  • Earlier intervention: detect unsafe behaviours and near-misses in real time.
  • Better coaching: turn real events into quick, targeted coaching moments (with context).
  • Less manual review: no more trawling through hours of CCTV. Just plugs into your existing system.
  • Clearer trends: see repeat risks across sites, shifts, or vehicles with simple reporting.
  • Works with your EHS system: pair it with traditional EHS software (e.g., via integrations) to keep all actions and reporting in one place.
  • Training made simple: Everyone in the organsation can use this tool to encourage safety culture on site.
What’s the best Health & Safety software?

There isn’t one “best” Health & Safety software for everyone - the best choice depends on your risks, sites, and what you need the system to do day to day.

Traditional Health & Safety / EHS software is great for managing compliance: incident reporting, audits, actions, and training records. inviol adds the missing piece: computer vision AI that works with your existing CCTV to detect risk in real time and turn real events into fast, practical coaching.

inviol is a leader in health and safety software that uses AI to monitor our customers environments in real-time to drastically improve safety.

More and more companies are enjoying the benefits of greater health and safety outcomes, whilst reducing the costs of compliance and training with inviol AI.

Which industries can use inviol’s AI Health & Safety software?

More and more industries are turning to Inviol to increase their health and safety performance.

inviol has been tested and used in a huge number of settings and is extremely well suited to the following industries; Building, Cold Storage, Manufacturing, Ports, Airports, Cargo, Chemicals, Waste & Recycling, Warehouse & Distribution, Horticulture, Logistics & Freight, Retail & Wholesale, Forestry & Logging.

How does inviol compare to other Health & Safety software solutions?

Most Health & Safety software helps you document safety. inviol helps you improve it.

inviol is a computer vision AI health & safety platform built for warehouses, industrial sites, manufacturing, and trucking. Using existing CCTV, we detect unsafe behaviours and near-misses 24/7, then turn them into practical coaching moments and clear trends, so teams can act early and lift safety culture across sites and fleets.

What makes inviol stand out (even among other AI providers):

  • Made for real operations: works in fast-moving, high-risk environments.
  • Simple and actionable: clear events, clear evidence, clear next steps—not noise.
  • Quick to roll out: plug in to existing cameras and scale as you grow.
  • Trusted by leaders: We have won multiple global RFPs for companies such as Americold, Woolworths, and Qantas use inviol to reduce risk and protect their people.
  • Small or large companies: We have many smaller business (even a single site) as we want to make safer sites affordable and accessible to every one.

Some customers use inviol alongside existing systems, and others use it as a practical standalone layer. Either way, the goal is the same: fewer incidents, better coaching, less risk and safer teams.

Do I need to install new or specific cameras?

No, in 99% of cases you can keep your existing CCTV (surveillance cameras). inviol connects via RTSP feeds and works with the vast majority of camera and recorder (NVR/DVR) setups.

We also provide our own small AI hardware unit for free. It sits alongside your recorder, runs the computer vision AI on-site, and only sends the minimum needed off-site (like event details and short clips). Setup is simple, and your footage stays secure.

We're compatible with most major camera and NVR brands including, but not limited to, Hikvision, Dahua, Axis Communications, Hanwha (Wisenet), Uniview, Bosch, Avigilon, Honeywell, Pelco, Verkada, Swann, Lorex, and Gallagher, as well as VMS platforms like Milestone XProtect and Genetec Security Center. If your system supports RTSP, which almost all modern IP camera setups do, it will work with inviol.

You can also visit trust center for more information.

We don't sell cameras for warehouses directly or do installations but are always happy to point you at and work with a recommended installer in your area, or review any quotes you have!
