YOUR PRIVACY
Website cookies & privacy
This notice explains the tools on our marketing website. Read our company privacy policy for more about how inviol handles personal information and how to contact us about privacy.
You’re in control
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choices at any time. Enquiry forms work whether optional tracking is on or off. Your preference is remembered for up to six months. A previous refusal takes priority over default settings.
Essential storage
We use storage to remember privacy choices, protect forms against automated abuse with Cloudflare Turnstile, and prevent duplicate enquiries. These functions are separate from optional analytics and advertising.
Analytics & site experience
Google Analytics measures visits and website interactions. Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings to show where pages are useful or difficult to use. Text and form content are masked in recordings. We do not send your name, email address or enquiry message as Clarity event data. Microsoft processes this information on its systems; see Microsoft’s privacy statement.
Analytics and advertising tracking start on unless you have turned them off. Use Cookie settings in the footer to opt out at any time, or choose “No” on the cookie pill shown in the UK and European Economic Area. Browser Global Privacy Control keeps optional tracking off.
Advertising
Google and LinkedIn measure advertising and help connect campaigns to enquiries. HubSpot tracks website visits and connects them with submitted enquiries. You can switch advertising off separately in Cookie settings. Clarity’s Microsoft advertising cookies and cookie sync are enabled when advertising is on.
Campaign information & enquiries
Where your choices allow, campaign information helps us understand how you found us. It can be kept for up to 90 days and attached to your enquiry. Turning off advertising prevents advertising click identifiers from being forwarded. Form details go through our Azure-hosted delivery service to HubSpot to handle your request; newsletter sign-up has its own separate permission.
Country detection
We look up the connection’s approximate country within our Azure service. We do not send your IP address to a separate geolocation API or store it in the country lookup. IP geolocation by DB-IP, using its Country Lite database under CC BY 4.0.
