It goes into a camera and it comes on a screen. [00:10] What we found with inviol in New Zealand is actually an understanding of our risks in our most busy places on our sites, which is our interchange areas, and started to think about what we could do to enhance our safety profile in those areas. The AI allows you to look at emergence of risks. Any behaviours that you've seen in the last 24 hours that the AI has flagged up is an opportunity to learn. [00:32] The biggest thing we see is that when there is positive interaction and positive coaching, we see better outcomes in terms of a reduction in risk. [00:40] For instance, if we see later and later transport delivery times, but having to turn that around to get it onto an aircraft, we may just see it as a late arrival of vehicles in a table. But actually with the AI we're starting to see it's creating time pressure on people: the activities of forklifts, where drivers are going to the driver safe zone or where they're standing by their trucks. That's the emergence of the risk, so it's proactive in that sense. [01:04] The opportunity is to make sure that you've got high levels of engagement with the teams. We do those daily stand-ups, the coaching sessions, and that's the key for us, I think, going forward: how do we deploy it on scale from a risk-based perspective to those sites that are going to benefit from it most? And then how do we keep the rhythms alive that support the outcomes? [01:23] We can deliver quickly. We can deliver within cost, but if we can't achieve it safely, then that's the issue. This technology really gives us a window into raising that conversation on a daily basis.
